Hello, this is Raz. Full name Razvan David Mutilica. Originally written Răzvan Mutilică, but the carabiniere at the immigration office has upended the fate of the breve (ă).

I have a curious mind and a myriad of interests. Fermenting, sewing, poetry, film and photography are just a few.

I have a long history of migration, having moved as a child from Romania to Italy, as a teenager within Italy, and later as a young adult to Germany. Berlin is my home.

Together with two long-time friends, I am founding a fermented drinks & foods business. It all started when I took some antibiotics and realised that most products on the shelves are made for the shelf rather than the consumer. More on that here: [probio.studio].

I have fun working with my hands and building things, including furniture. I also like developing systems and websites. I enjoy puzzles, do yoga and play squash. I’m fluent in English, Italian, Romanian and German. My Spanish sounds like funny Italian when I speak it and can handle most conversations. Next I’d like to learn French and Russian, and I’m looking to be more active in creating art. If anyone wants to produce short films, I can operate the camera and have my own gear.
